Islamic militants continue siege on Iraqi cities

Iraqi forces are digging in to battle Islamic militants on the outskirts of the oil city of Kirkuk after Mosul fell into militant hands with barely a fight. Iraq’s prime minister has declared a state of emergency and blames his army’s collapse on a conspiracy. Elizabeth Palmer reports.
