ISIS hostage's parents hopeful their daughter is still alive

Making a public plea to their daughter's captors, Carl and Marsha Mueller said they're hopeful their daughter Kayla is still alive. People who know her describe Mueller as someone who was simply passionate about helping other people. Julianna Goldman reports.
