ISIS advances into key Syrian town despite airstrikes

After weeks of laying siege to the town of Kobani, near the Syria-Turkey border, ISIS is poised to take control. All this is happening despite U.S.-led airstrikes against ISIS forces. Holly Williams reports from Istanbul.
