Is Mike Waltz being demoted in Trump move to nominate him for U.N. ambassador?

President Trump said Thursday that he's nominating Mike Waltz to be U.S. ambassador to the United Nations. He also said Secretary of State Marco Rubio would take Waltz's position as national security adviser in the interim. CBS News chief White House correspondent Nancy Cordes reports.
