IRS site suffers partial outage on Tax Day
The government says Americans who have been trying unsucessfully to file their tax returns online ahead of the midnight deadline will get an extension. That's because the IRS website was down, on Tax Day. But a former IRS commissioner says smaller glitches have happened before. CBS News chief legal correspondent Jan Crawford reports.
