Iraqi forces capable of defending Baghdad: Joint Chiefs chairman

Gen. Martin Dempsey said that while Iraqi forces can defend Baghdad, they'd be "challenged" to take back territory seized by the al-Qaeda inspired Islamic State of Iraq and Syria.
