Illegal crossings spike along U.S.-Canada border

Last June, the Department of Homeland Security issued a report on the status of America's borders, concluding that thousands of people are crossing illegally and Border Patrol agents are too few and ill-equipped to stem the flow. But it wasn't referring to the border with Mexico -- it was Canada. Don Dahler reports.
