Inspector general, FBI director testify on Clinton email investigation report

Michael Horowitz and Christopher Wray testified on the DOJ's bombshell report on the Clinton email investigation and the steps the FBI can take to avoid repeating past mistakes. The report said text messages between two FBI employees regarding President Trump were damaging to the FBI's reputation, but found political bias did not cloud its investigative actions.
