I-95 collapse rescue teams find human remains in Philadelphia wreckage
Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro has issued a disaster declaration after the collapse of an overpass on one of America's busiest highways. A section of Interstate 95 caved in Sunday after a tanker truck caught fire underneath it. CBS News correspondent Elaine Quijano reports from Philadelphia.
