Hurricane warnings issues along the Louisiana coast

Tropical Storm Barry could become a hurricane before making landfall. The storm's biggest threat is rain, with as much as two feet in New Orleans and parts of Mississippi. WCBS chief weathercaster Lonnie Quinn is tracking the forecast.
