Humanitarian aid stalled at Venezuela's border

There's a showdown at the border of Columbia and Venezuela involving tractor trailers filled with humanitarian aid. Venezuela's embattled President Nicolas Maduro accuses the U.S. of sending aid as a political ploy, even though families desperately need it. Manuel Bojorquez reports from Caracas.
