How longer work hours are widening the gender gap
There is surprising new evidence about what is fueling the gender gap and keeping women from top jobs and the highest earnings. The New York Times explores the issue in "Women Did Everything Right. Then Work Got 'Greedy.'" It's a reference to how a lot of employers now demand long, inflexible hours and round-the-clock availability.
