How companies can help moms get back into the workforce
A recent survey found 34 percent of women do not go back to work after having children. The Mom Project is a Chicago-based startup that's trying to lower that number by connecting moms with employers who will work with them to keep them on the job. It works with 75,000 job seekers and more than 1,000 companies worldwide. Allison Robinson, who founded the organization while she was on maternity leave, joins "CBS This Morning" to discuss how companies can do a better job of adapting the work environment for working mothers.
