House to vote on Senate-passed funding bill that could reopen the government

The House will vote Wednesday on a spending bill that passed in the Senate earlier this week and could bring the longest government shutdown to an end. The legislation would extend funding for most agencies through late January, with some parts of the government funded for a full year. Democrats are largely expected to reject the measure, which does not include extending ACA subsidies.
