Hostage standoff at Dresden, Germany shopping mall

Police in Germany have evacuated a shopping mall in the eastern city of Dresden where they say an armed man has taken hostages. There are reports that the gunman first tried to break into a radio station and opened fire. Police have not confirmed if there are any shooting victims.
