Heavy rain, snow and record-low temperatures across the U.S.

The first week of April is ending with some wild weather. Shrevenport, Louisiana, got hammered by hail. Parts of Kentucky got a coating of spring snow, and temperatures dropped to record lows across the central U.S. Heavy rain is drenching the West from Southern California to Seattle. Carter Evans reports.
