Harris holds first rally since launching presidential bid

Vice President Kamala Harris held a campaign rally near Milwaukee Tuesday, her first since she announced her presidential campaign. The Harris campaign says she has raised more than $100 million since President Biden dropped out of the race Sunday. Weijia Jiang reports.
