"Happy flower lady" spreads joy with leftover blooms

Patricia Gallagher is known for toting around bouquets of flowers – sometimes hundreds at a time. She takes leftover flowers from stores and events and hands them out to anyone who needs a little pick-me-up, earning her the name "happy flower lady."
