Halloween storm causes major flooding in Texas

A large storm system stretching from the Gulf Coast to the Great Lakes has left massive flooding in its wake. More than a foot of rain fell in parts of Texas, killing at least one person and leaving scores stranded. Manuel Bojorquez reports.
