Haiti Prime Minister Ariel Henry says he will resign

Haitian Prime Minister Ariel Henry has agreed to step down following weeks of violence and threats from gang leaders demanding his resignation. Henry stipulated he will only resign once a transitional presidential council is created. CBS News correspondent Cristian Benavides reports.
