Green paint vandal arrested for damage at two D.C. landmarks

Police captured Jiamei Tian after officers found green paint spattered inside the Washington National Cathedral. She was charged with defacing property. On Friday, the Lincoln Memorial and another statue on the national mall were splashed with green paint.
