Gov. Newsom plans to sue Trump over National Guard deployment to L.A.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom wrote on social media that he plans to sue the Trump administration for deploying the state's National Guard to Los Angeles in response to the protests over Immigration and Customs Enforcement raids.
