GOP Rep. Dent: We must "break the impasse" on shutdown

Rep. Charlie Dent, R-Pa., offered a plan to end the government shutdown, acknowledging that "two or three dozen" Republican members of Congress are not interested in being part of the "governing wing" of the party.
