Going up? Spanish skyscraper forgets elevator

Developers of a 47-story apartment building in Benidorm, Spain, have forgotten to include room for an elevator. The building was supposed to be 20 stories tall, but when the architects made it bigger, they forgot to adjust the elevator plans. Anthony Mason reports.
