From mudslides to tornadoes, dangerous weather impacts millions across U.S.

More than 45 million Americans are under winter weather warnings or advisories. While much of the mid-Atlantic digs out from a major winter storm, another system threatens the West Coast with rain, mudslides and flooding, triggering evacuation warnings.
