Frigid temperatures head east

An empty tour boat is finally free after it broke loose and got stuck under an Albany, New York rail bridge amid rising water and ice jams. In the upper Midwest, this will be another bitterly cold night with temperatures in the single digits even below zero in some places. All that cold air is headed East.
