Former Baylor frat president accused of sexual assault avoids jail time

A former fraternity president at Baylor University accused of rape will avoid time in jail under a plea deal. But his accuser said prosecutors negotiated the deal without consulting her. CBS News correspondent Omar Villafranca reports.
