Florida on edge as Zika virus spreads

Five Florida counties have declared health emergencies due to the mosquito-borne Zika virus. With all its standing water, Florida is primed for an outbreak of the virus -- which can cause birth defects if pregnant women are infected. Mark Strassmann has more.
