Flash flooding death toll rises along Utah-Arizona border

Monday's flooding is now blamed for at least 16 deaths, with four other victims still missing. Twelve people died in Hildale, Utah, and four more died in Zion National Park. Wet weather and more flooding have hampered search efforts. Ben Tracy reports.
