Firefighters battle flames and rising temperatures out West

Amid blistering heat conditions, 17 destructive fires have ignited near Los Angeles. The flames have rapidly spread across nearly 100,000 acres. Record-breaking temperatures aren't helping in the effort to contain the fires. John Blackstone reports.
