Health is the foundation of social and economic strength. Understanding and addressing women's specific health needs and social conditions is crucial to ensure the well being of both women and society as a whole. Panelists iEmiko Takagai, the State Minister of Health, Labour, and Welfare of Japan; Marcella Corcoran Kennedy, Member of the Parliament of Ireland; and Dorthe Mikkelson, President Asia Pacific at MSD, discussed this issue at the Women Political Leaders Summit.
