Feds warn terrorists focusing on civilian targets

Law enforcement nationwide are on heightened alert for the potential threat of terror on American soil. In a joint FBI/DHS bulletin obtained by CBS News, officials are once again warning that ISIS-inspired terrorists have shifted their focus to civilian targets. Jeff Pegues reports.
