FDA sets guidelines for gluten-free labeling

The Food and Drug Administration is proposing new guidelines for labeling a product as "gluten-free." For those with Celiac disease, even the tiniest amount of the wheat protein gluten can set off an immune reaction. Dr. Jon LaPook reports.
