FBI director expresses "grave concerns" over memo on surveillance

Testifying Tuesday before the Senate Intelligence Committee on cyber threats against the U.S., FBI Director Christopher Wray said there are "grave concerns" over the controversial release of a House GOP memo that alleged abuse of power in the surveillance of former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page.
