Families of inmates who died in Georgia jail speak out on alleged pattern of misconduct
The family of a man who died in a Georgia jail is filing a lawsuit and calling on the Justice Department to investigate what they say is a troubling pattern of misconduct. Shali Tilson, 22, died of dehydration at the Rockdale County Jail in March 2018. Another inmate died in the same jail less than three months later.
