Facial recognition technology ramps up, but lacks "checks and balances"

For the first time in the U.S., some schools could start using facial recognition technology for security. Despite privacy and civil rights concerns, Lockport Public Schools in western New York started testing it this week. It's part of a larger trend around the country. Carter Evans reports.
