Explosion after propane-laden car rams into home
Police in Florida say 31-year-old Carl Philbert loaded propane tanks into his car July 4 and rammed it into the Fort Pierce, Florida apartment building where his former girlfriend lives. The ensuing explosion was captured on cell video by a neighbor. Philbert was killed; five adults and a toddler in the home escaped.
