Experimental drug tested for eye stroke victims

It's estimated that 12,000 people every year suffer a stroke in the eye, which can cause serious vision damage. There are currently no effective treatments available, but as CBS News' Nikki Battiste reports, researchers are testing a new drug they hope will change that.
