Ex-White House special counsel Ty Cobb calls James Comey indictment "wholly unconstitutional"

Ty Cobb, who served as White House Special Counsel during President Trump's first term, told "Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan" that he thinks the charges against former FBI Director James Comey could get "tossed out well before trial," based on the "wholly unconstitutional, authoritarian way that this was done."
