Evacuation orders go into effect as Florida braces for Dorian

In more than a dozen counties across three states, nine of them in Florida alone, evacuation orders will go into effect Monday with Hurricane Dorian approaching. Mark Strassmann reports from St. Augustine, Florida, about 40 miles southeast of Jacksonville.
