Entire blimp surveillance program grounded after crash, maybe indefinitely

The U.S. Army has struggled for years with what once seemed like a good idea -- using high-tech blimps for surveillance along the East Coast. But the lighter-than-air craft haven't been reliable. And when one got away and crashed earlier this year, the entire fleet was grounded. Lack of funding may keep it there. Chip Reid reports.
