Engineer said brakes were not working

The NTSB is leading the investigation into the deadly Metro-North derailment. They are looking into witness accounts, track conditions and the train's speed. Law enforcement sources say the engineer told first responders he applied the brakes but they didn't work. Jeff Pegues reports.
