Emmer drops out of House speaker race

Republican Rep. Tom Emmer of Minnesota dropped his bid to become House speaker hours after winning the nomination. He is the third speaker-designee to drop out in less than three weeks since Rep. Kevin McCarthy of California was ousted. Nikole Killion reports.
