Earthquake technology advances 20 years after Northridge

Twenty years after the devastating Northridge earthquake wreaked havoc on heavily populated parts of the Los Angeles area, efforts have been stepped up to improve technology to provide advance warning. CBS News correspondent Bigad Shaban reports
