Dozens of workers rescued after partial tunnel collapse in Los Angeles

More than 100 Los Angeles fire department responders and urban search and rescue teams rushed to Wilmington after an underground tunnel collapsed and trapped dozens of workers inside Wednesday night. All of the trapped workers were safely extricated and no injuries were reported.
