DOJ seeks 1-day prison sentence for ex-officer convicted in Breonna Taylor case

The Justice Department is asking a judge to sentence a former police officer convicted of violating Breonna Taylor's civil rights to one day in prison, amounting to time served, and three years of supervised release.
