Did Pharrell copy "Happy" from Marvin Gaye?

After a jury ruled the 2013 hit "Blurred Lines" copied from Marvin Gaye's "Got to Give It Up," the Gaye family is now claiming Pharrell's "Happy" is a ripoff of "Ain't That Peculiar."
