Descendants of Bruce's Beach owners given deed to land

A prime stretch of California beachfront has been returned to its rightful owners, nearly a century after it was taken from them. Officials handed over the deed to the descendants of Charles and Willa Bruce, who owned Bruce's Beach, a resort for Black families in the early 1900s.
