Delta probing dramatic mid-air descent
Delta is investigating the cause of a dramatic mid-air descent that dropped passengers thousands of feet. Flight 2353 took off from Atlanta Wednesday for Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The website FlightAware shows the plane descended from 39,000 feet to 10,000 in less than eight minutes. It made an emergency landing in Tampa.
