Death toll climbs to 4 in Surfside building collapse

Four people are now reported dead after an apartment building partially collapsed in Surfside, Florida. Rescuers have been searching for survivors for more than a day, and more than 100 people are still missing. David Begnaud speaks to the fire marshal leading rescue efforts.
